"Aw come on." I sighed. "He can't hurt you. He seems pretty harmless." The grey owl fluttered its wings and gazed down at us. (remember Echokit from livebymoonclan? Exactly the same:grey with golden yellow eyes. xD)

(lol XD) I huffed. "He might be here to steal our prey, for all we know!" I had a bad feeling about the owl, but I didn't know why. I padded towards the owl until I was under the tree. The owl fluttered its wings and something fell out of the air and barely missed me. Owl droppings. Yep, there's why.

I sighed in annoyence, droppin my gaze to glare at Rosemist. Another sharp wind sliced through the night but I ignored it. "I would kill it," I said slowly like I was talking to a kit, "but now it's up in a tree!" (No thanks to you, Rosie.)

(lol and I modified post.) I could sense that Earthstar was annoyed. I couldn't resist showing a smile. "Yep, I see."

I padded out of the nursery, trying to conceal my worry and annoyence. "Deathkit?" I demanded upon seeing the leader and deputy. I noticed a small black shape huddled behind Earthstar and I ran up. "Deathkit! Honestly, what were you thinking running out of the nursery at moonhigh?"

I made a pouty face and scraped my claws against the ground as I looked up at my adoptive mother. "I wasn't bothering anyone...I just couldn't sleep..." I meowed quietly. I nudged at Lunarshine. "look!" I squeaked. "Big grey birdie!" I flicked my tail upwards to the owl.

(This is semi literate, Rosekit.) I made a face at the pile of droppings next to me. I glared up at the owl. I then made a rude gesture at the owl.

(lollollol! Cats can make rude gestures?)
I glared at Rosekit-er, Rosemist. Forget I called my deputy a kit. "Rosemist!" I snapped, barely refraining from saying 'Rosekit!'.

I ducked my head. "Sorry, but it almost pooped on me!" I glared once more at the owl, then turned to face my leader.

"There. are. kits. listening!" I hissed, narrowing my eyes. Then I looked up and scowled at the furry grey owl. "What do we do, then?" I asked.

"Chuck a stick at it or something?" I suggested. "Or maybe a rock? We might be able to knock it out and kill it. It might be edible."

I pawed at a rock on the ground, unearthing it. It was about the size of a small mouse. "HOw do we throw a rock at it?" I asked dryly, shoving the grey stone towards Rosemist. I bent my head down and picked it up with my mouth. "'eelly?"

I took the rock from Earthstar, then swung my head and let the rock fly. I hope the rock found its' target. The owl was still looking at us, unaware of the rock. (Earthstar, you control what happens!)

(Fine!)
I shook my fur and the owl turned its head to watch me. The rock was flying, flying...Thunk! (lol)
The owl let out a screech as the stone bounced off its feathery head. The large bird flapped its wings, a stunned look in its eyes as it tried to regain balance. Too late for the bird, since it got hit a little harder in the head then it could've withstood, and fell to the ground with a soft, 'thump'.
