I sprang forward and licked her furry head. "It's okay. You're fine." I purred in my best soothing voice. "Earthstar and I were going to show you some battle moves, but if you're hurt and you think you need to wait in the boring medicine cat's den..."

I nodded. "But don't eat anything unless Frostpelt tells you to." I warned. "I heard that she has berries that can kill you." I said, hoping I didn't scare the kit too much.
