I sat in the middle of my nest, absentmindedly tearing some braken to shreds and then rolling around in it.
I was B-O-R-E-D.

I poked my head into the nursery. Nothing much was going on, so I figured I could check quickly on the kits to see what they were doing.
Deathkit looked pretty bored.
"Hello." I purred, walking into the nursery. "How are you doing?"

I looked up from playing with my nest and nearly jumped 7x my height into the air. "Earthstar! Um...what bwings you here?"

My shyness disappeared and I jumped on Earthstar's fluffy grey tail. "hehe!" I squealed and unsheathed my claws and dug them into Earthstar's fur on her back and tried to climb her.
"Fun!"

"Deathkit! Don't pester Earthstar!" I said, shocked. I unraveled my light grey tail from my slightly darker grey paws and stood up.

"I was going to ask if you wanted to go hunting, but nevermind now." I glanced at the fluffy balls of fur that were going to be our warriors one day. Hard to imagine right now. "Hi, little ones!" I purred.
